Returns Policy

Our returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange. We do not offer any refunds.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-exchangeable items:
Gift cards, bodysuits, swimsuits and lingerie.

Refunds:
If the purchased item has not reached you by the communicated date and you request a refund instead, then your refund will be processed, within 10 days.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective, ill-fitting or damaged within 7 days of delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item or store credit send us an email at sales@ladyhauteza.co.za.

Shipping:
To return your product for exchange or store credit, you should e-mail sales@ladyhauteza.co.za for shipping details. Lady Haute ZA is not liable for any shipping costs for returning the item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over R1,125, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
